all patched didn't work

So today i was logging in.. i don't normally us the auto log on. so i was loading my toon and one kept saying it was a different toon i thought i was stupid so i retried it it happened again. Then i tried the auto login and it worked anyone else having this issue?

my friend got me the eskay plugin but what was happening is if you pull mobs 1 at a time it will kill the first but when second comes in he stands there. yes I'm updated
