Based on your post I’d argue to focus on classes that work best as silver accounts. I typically find these to be casters. Just my $.10

I like to run my tank + healer + Cc + 1 real dps in a group with two “PL toons”. Then I run as many “extra” toons that are solo with a healer merc assisting the tank. Typically a healer merc on reactive does a fine job of keeping a single dps alive thru AOE’s which is all they should ever see
