I'd really add an enchanter in for CC once you get to higher end content. Stuff starts hitting like trucks and it doesn't take like to wipe.

As a long time monk user, unless you just really enjoy the class (which I do/did) roll as something else. If you're just looking for the best dps output, monks really just aren't it. However, if you are having a blast on a monk and just need utility to keep that dream alive. I'd say SK/SHM/MNK...
