There isn't an autoloot script that can loot items outside of the items that are moved into the personal loot portion of the /advloot window. The item would have to be directed to that player from the master looter. Are you using DanNet, or EQBC?

The campfire is defaulted to empowered. You might have to switch it to normal for it to plop down a campfire when you /campon. It doesn't autoremove the old campfire when you move to a new location and camp again, so be mindful of that.

You can broadcast the command with the appropriate eqbc command and /rgl campon. The command will cause an error to appear on classes who aren't running the RGMerc Lua, but it won't cause any problems.
