Lazarus has an MQ2/E3 build designed specifically for them, but I prefer using Red Guides. I just find it easier. RGMercs works pretty well on Laz, just turn off buffs to keep your buffers from rebuffing continuously. Kissassist works great on Laz if you don't mind tweaking your ini files...

I'm currently using MQ2BST on Rizlona and I've noticed that if the BST's warder dies while the BST is low on mana he stops fighting and won't melee or anything until he's got the mana back to summon the warder again. Even in Manual I can't get him to melee until he's summoned that warder...

Are you saying you don't see the window? Might try reloading your UI skin. But that's just a guess.

Yep, also needs to be MA. That's how I do it. The BST won't engage until the designated MA does.

Make sure your main assist has his role set as MA. Otherwise the BST won't engage.
