I don't know what I have done wrong.

But my Wizard run to the pulled mod and starts to cast..

[Melee]
AssistAt=99
MeleeOn=0
FaceMobOn=0
MeleeDistance=75
AutoFireOn=0
UseMQ2Melee=0
TargetSwitchingOn=0
StickHow=none

I can't seem to find my flaw.

Thanks!

Since you are not using mq2melee, it's perhaps due to mq2moveutils. you should check in you servername_charactername.ini

Shall check, ty.

edit: ''/Rotme'' work but wiz sure do wanna run to the mob, the yellow line shows up and mq2 chatt says ''navigates to XXXXXX''

ya mine was doing that as well i got to to stop doing it by doing /bcaa //afol off it worked for a bit then i had to do the command again to get them to stop.

I was getting the same message as you Navigate to spawn: Mob name

Looks like my bard is doing the same thing, run forwards and greets the mob..

Looks like KA and mq2 needs a reinstall.. sad that problems like this comes out of the blue..

Back again!

Looks like my whole Melee team does the same as the Wizard..

I have no clue why it started to do like this.

You be like... ''- Check the roof''

kk?

UseMQ2Melee=0
That means you don't use MQ2melee plugin with kissassist.

If you refer to Kissassist wiki:
UseMQ2Melee10/1/20=Turn off and unload MQ2Melee.
1=Use MQ2Melee and let MQ2Melee auto control sticking. This options does NOT use the melee StickCMD. 2=Use MQ2Melee and let MQ2Melee control sticking. This option uses the melee StickCMD.

Since you put none, in the Stickhow= , which is not a valid value it seems, it just stick the mob.

StickHowsnaproll0/I/Stick Option(s)Tells character how to stick to mob when fighting. !front, behindonce, snaproll rear, front. See mq2moveutilsfor valid commands and descriptions.
I - Ignore Sticking in Combat, When NOT Using MQ2Melee.
0(Zero) - will use just /stick with NO additional options.
Note: Stick while in combat will try and use MAX melee distance. To adjust for this, use the % option in your StickHow command to move closer to the mob. Example: StickHow=MoveBack 50% loose

Imo, you should just UseMQ2Melee=1

Thanks!

Somehow it looks like its zone related? I'm in EW now and grinding named.. my toons behave like they should.

''Since you put none, in the Stickhow= , which is not a valid value it seems, it just stick the mob.''

I did try lots of stuff, I do have Snaproll rear or just Snaproll as usual. Does not work in the Ry'gorr cave.

was there problems with Line Of Sight? in the last zone? I think I remember something about if the mob isnt in LOS it moves your char closer. But not sure

okey!

I just saw one of my zerkers navigate to the mob before the mob had taken any damage so the problem is still alive.

I just updated to the latest mq2next and this started happening with my wizzy aswell. Have never happened before.
likely because you just now updated the kiss update that ctaylor put in on saturday? by that I mean that i think it is due to these changes, not due to MacroQuest "Next"

from the update said:
Added movement code for when your target is in meleedistance, but target is not in lineofsight. Will try and move you to the mob using Navigation.

In your character's ini file, KissAssist_XXXXXX.ini, same file as the [Melee] settings you were referencing in your OP. Just find those under [General] and [DPS].

Strange, I did search for the words but no such thing exists it say.

My Ver is KissAssistVer=12.002 for those who wanna know.

Well, I may have been talking about my ass.

I'm only seeing them used in MuleAssist when I do a search on both macros, although neither are documented in the MA wiki.

When your wizard moves, is there any indication in the MQ chat window about what line in the mac is being processed?

the message that comes up in the MQ window is navigating to target: mob_name

Was raiding tavic tonight I targeted tuant on my warrior I was manually playing we were by the wall where fake tuant is my bard couldn’t see the real on and shot out like a bat out of hell to him

The new code is checked for any character that is set to do DPS. That includes casters, So make sure you have your MeleeDistance set correctly, and remember casters can't DPS if the mob is NOT LOS, So the casters will try and move into LOS. I have added a check for DPSPause in the movement routine so you will be able to use /backoff to stop the DPS casters from trying to get LOS on mobs until you release them using the /backoff command again. I will post the update later today.

Ended up adding a new flag in the ini file under the general section and turned it off by default, New flag is LOSBeforeCombat=0/1 default is 0. Anyone want to try and test this before I post the changes? I am not where I can do any testing for a while.

If LOSBeforCombat is OFF and your characters are still running off after the mob, then the Mob is in MeleeDistance of the Mob. So check your MeleeDistance on those characters.
