Question - Wizard and Kiss

I am trying to set my ini to give me the best DPS possible for my wizard he is currently lvl 91 ( heroic char ) I can not seem to get him to do more then 2k dps.. Is there a trick to getting him to do more. I will post my INI and maybe someone could point my mistakes out.. ( yes I am still using spells for lvl 85 I only buy the spells from 95 + )

Any help would be appreciated big time

Lol that is in the process as we speak. Smarty pants !! lol,, Just wondering with the DPS section is that right? DPSskip 10 and dps interval 0 ? that would really be the only thing I can think of that I could change to get better?

DPSSkip is stop Dpsing at mob health x%. If 20 toon will stop dpsing when mob is at 20% health.
DPSInterval attaches a timer to nukes. if your rotation is set up but you are going out of mana to soon =15 would a 15 secs timer before recast on each nuke to help slow down casting.
