Question - window updated to version 21H1 with out warning.

I went from 2004 to 21H1. I'm peeved and the hyperlink circle is killing me. Could some one point me in the write direction. I have no idea what the update did. why do they call in Anbu Black Ops to do an update.

I can't seem to find a good source of information for this new version. I seem to only find pages with limited information and every link i follow end up back were i started.
