Problem - Why does the Cleric still try to heal when it is not suppose too?

WHY!!! Does the Cleric still heal my zerker who is at 89%? He is perma 89% health locked. This is counter productive to my tanks life span :P

Which spell / spells is he casting? Syllable only ? Or others too?
 
Since updating to KA 11, Cleric and Shammy do this non-stop and have wiped a few different times due to this constant strain and attention being paid to my Zerker as well.
 
I wound up restricting those to just the MA. Ritual Scar also has a DoT component, so you may drop below 85. Or if you eat a riposte or trigger Agony/Bloodfury/Communion.

Any chance this could be fixed? Not sure how to fix it in an ini file, it must be in the code?

This has worked, but my zerker has died 5 times tonight from AE mobs. SK is staying alive though.. but its a wash because we are constantly having to rebuff and wait for endurance.
 
Found this in alot of the Zerker INI's -- REMOVE THIS and Zerker will stay at 89% instead of the 59% max HP

Then set your cleric heals for the HOT's like this, seems to have worked like a champ.
