Problem - White Screen?

Might seem silly but why randomly all my EQ screens go white but my characters are still in game? Some times I am running my 6 man team for hours no issue other times it just all goes white screen. Task manager isnt reporting Not Responding, I can see low memory and CPU as well in use but they are still very much active eqgame task going. Anyone else every experienced this and if so, any possible fixes?
