Question - Which mode is best for raiding?

Currently I'm raiding and using mq2melee with /melee stickrange=0 so that I can manually move around, target and press attack.
That's doing pretty good, but I notice that there are often many abilities that I can see up that I would be pushing but mq2melee doesn't run fast enough to keep mashing.
I run burns manually so I can time things right in the raid.

I'd love to use Kissassist instead, as I know it runs faster when set up right. The main issue being that a) I have to target someone to assist to get it running and b) when in assist mode it seems to flick on and off targets frequently.

Any tips would be great. I know I posted a thread about this a while back, but I didn't really get any answers that I felt suited me.

If your abilities work well from a mash key, you can remove a bunch of individual holies and just have one or two that call a /keypress #. It will speed up the loop time through your melee holies.
