It appears that you are lvl 2, so you got that sorted out

so now you just need to download the > Download the Launcher Here < on that page there are some quick starter video guides on getting installed and setup as well

ok, i have the launcher but my rgmerc say i need lvl2 and to reinstall. i have been away for a wile so i am trying to remember stuff
