Question - Where to start progression?

Hi, I am currently on Test and have leveled up a well rounded team of Six to LVL110. I only have ToV on one account, so where should I start progression? I was going to try and knock out LDoN for the extra resists but don't know what expansion to jump to after that. I am pretty well geared... though I am trying hard not to buy anymore Faded Snowbound gear as I would like to use some of the drops I get in the wild.

Should I start with CotF or EoK or .....?

..note that depending on the expansion, the requirements to get all the Hero AA's change, for example EoK and RoS required Hunters, and CoTF-TBM required Challenge achievements.

Thank you for the replies, been grinding out AA's while the XP bonus is happening, HS is 5AA a kill at 110, not bad at all.

I also see that the Ring of the Ancients Anniversary quest is back up... need to go get that instant Shrink ring too

anyone tried TBM challenger since the new “scaling” came into play?

They fixed TBM missions awhile ago, since that was the first content to use the scaling feature and the first to be noticed as broken.

That ring quest was one of the easiest and quickest I done. Took me like 10 min, and the best part was the whole group got the ring(it’s actually a bracer). I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get such a cool item as I always like to play shrinked. Just don’t go in killing everything in your path like I did. The first time I did it I accidentally killed the merchant that sell you the quest item. Had to /taskquit and restart it because she doesn’t respawn, at least I didn’t want to wait for her to respawn. Faster to restart than waited.

HA! I did not notice it was a bracer, but sho'nuff! I also got it for my entire group last night, only one person in the group needs to request and to the steps. You can also target someone in your group and cast it on them! Tonight I will see if I can knock out a few more quests.

Holy moly...I've been gone way too long. Are there any guides that explain why these things are important? Especially things like MPG/DoN etc?

Got a group I leveled to 100 in Shard's, and am utterly lost.

The MPG trials give resist cap raises

The DoN stats are resist cap/hp mp end boost 2.5% I think? / critical chance increase/chance to resist spells increas

My memory is foggy but that's the fist.

The DoN stuff is pretty easy especially on a double faction weekend or if you have a bit of Station cash. It's not hard anyway can complete a few tasks quickly and basically non stop repeat them and do progression mission/raids along the way.

MPG sucks because of the lockout system, you cant just go in and do all trials one after the other I think it's 2 hours lockout

Both lines of AA (only 4/5 for Don) are granted with heroic token if you happened to of had that or had spare Station cash to waste

Allakhazam has break downs for all of these tasks/missions

DoN has a good/evil faction line, doesn't matter which ultimately easier to do all chars as one side then do both, but slightly different tasks on either side

I doubt your team has many type 5's which is where the huge stats will be added.

TBM will at least gear your squad up with a bunch of Type5's ( Also if you are on F2P, this xpac is the highest non-prestige augs and such you can get in the game )
then I would work EoK >RoS so you can get even better type 5's and Type 7's and or Chase weapons.


This will take you through many weeks more then likely.

After that, you can either up to ToV or go backwards to TDS etc.

Thanks for the explanations! I was active during the MPG era, so hopefully have a lot of it done.

And none of my gear even has a Type 5 aug slot, so you're correct in your assessment of me not having many Type 5s lol.

Start with cotf and work your way up you get all the heroic bonus from cotf and up
