Tech - Where do I find a specific include files

Here is a list of include files. For the most part they go in your macro folder. For some trade skill macros they go in /Macros/common

Requires plugins* MQ2Cast, MQ2Exchange, MQ2Melee, MQ2MoveUtils, MQ2Rez, & MQ2Twist (Bards) , Extended Target Window and ninjadvloot.inc file.
* All plugins and files are included in the official RedGuides MQ2 Compile.

Where is the Extended Target Window as described as being needed for proper working setup? I can't find it and maybe some of my issues I am having is why?

Extended Target Window is part of the EQ ui and is an in game window.
