I am currently running 3 accounts on one Pc and crashing (Hard) 2-3 times a week Most of the plugins currently enabled are the default plugin enabled on a fresh install.
when I crash always seems to be during a fight screens (3) blank out and if i dont crash all 3 clients the machine gets real sluggish forceing me to reboot

system has an AMD Ryzen™ 9 3950X / nvidia 2080ti/32gb of ram running windoes 10 home

any thoughts on what I might be able to turn off. I've submitted some of the minidumps to eqmule.

One more thought 2 of the acounts are fully automated the main (my Beast) is in manual running kissassist in manual mode.

MQ2Labels is prone to crashing when zoning, and reloading the UI. Unless you explicitly use it, I wouldn't recommend keeping it loaded. mq2labels=1

One more Night - One more Crash had MQ2Labels disabled on all 3 toons. and no Macros running just sitting in the GH overnight. 2 of the accounts stayed up until I hit retry then a second client crashed. ( that might be normal as im still new to MQ2.)

howdy talox, sorry to hear you're having troubles.

many crashes are purely eq related. I helped two users this week who needed to delete old eq UI_dudebro.ini files and let eq recreate them because they were corrupt.

There were also several updates to EQ recently which require UI fixes (unless you run default ui)

do you have a dmp file? i'd be happy to take a look and see if there was any indication of something that you could affect.

mq2autoloot has a known tho semi-infrequent crash related to loot handling if/when one of the characters trying to be handed loot is out of range and/or didn't get credit for the kill so can't loot.

if you send me one of your dmps and it *was* autoloot i'd likely be able to tell you very quickly.

these dmp files are in your mq2->release-> logs file - PM me 1 or 2 of the most recent ones (especially if they have different names)

just as a followup for anyone following:

None of these appear to be mq2 related - at least not directly related to a plugin.

the fact that you have an dx9 crash would have me tell you make sure you have installed the directx9.0c june 2010 redist (the base version with windows 10 is not the best version)

the wdmaud is a WDM Audio Driver mapper from Microsoft - this is a windows crash.

I would double check that your have that correct directx version, and also have the most current video card driver.

I found some previous issues with users who had teamviewer running at the same time as getting a wdmaud crash - if that is running try turning that off

someone like @Knightly might have a more informed insight into wdmaud and msvcrt crashes

TYVM - I ran the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer you suggestedand validated all my driivers using device manager everything seems current. I may try reinstalling some of them acording to DXDIAG I have DX12. I'll doo some more digging tonight after work ... Thanks again

the dx9.0c and 12 are two independent things and the native version of 9 that comes with windows 10 is often a "bare bones" version, that june 2010 redist i linked is the correct version you want

hopefully knightly or brain or mule or someone with some more broader microsoft crash experience might chime in with some thoughts
