Question - What has been the best way to get Merc AA?

Alright so I'm looking to get merc AA's and max it because...well I'd like to complete it! heh.

I am maxed level and maxed AA on my toons but mercs are def lagging behind. Overseer has helped some but I still have a long ways to go.

Has anyone come up with some great ways to get merc AA's pretty fast? I was wondering if shrouds would work at lower levels to get merc AA faster or if there is some other method people have used.

For Overseer, make sure you are selecting Character Exp, not Merc AA.
Paradoxically, getting the Merc AA rewards is worse.

If you haven't already completed a lot of Collections, I found those gave a fair amount of Merc exp.

I think the daily bonus tasks from Clayton Teek award a nice chunk of merc AA. Has to be the bonus ones and not just going and doing an HA

On the Overseer merc AA if you do 2 of the 6 hour ones you will get more merc exp than one of the 12 hour ones.

Edit to add: Just claimed my rewards for this morning Overseer. My character is 120 so no need for the experience reward but I wanted to see how many Merc AA it gave. So on a 12 hour quest than I had done for the collection gem my merc gained 73.86% of a point when I chose the character exp. I hated giving up that collection reward but took one for the team! On a similar 12 hour quest I was given the choice of 54.66 merc AA point if I went with character exp reward or 18.75% if I just went with the merc aa reward.

Overseers is fast way to do it. But you can go to a zone that has light blue mob cons and kick the crap out mobs fast. Also doing progression missions and tasks will also accelerate it as well.
