I’m trying to figure out what items are most popular on barter... what’s selling the best for you at the moment and what has sold well in the recent past?
As a bonus you could list the zone that you farm in! But, I understand a lot of people don’t want to give up their spots.
With the release of ToV, RoS has become open to FTP, that means there will be many toons looking to level to 110, and not everyone wears plate (conflagrant ore is relatively easy to farm just slow), Conflagrant raw silk and conflagrant reptile hides will probably be in high demand shortly for all the cloth and leather armored toons.
Silks are from the sarnaks, not sure the faction hits, but Korsha Labs good for that, leather i believe drops a lot in skyfire, which is not somewhere you want to try to farm without keeping a close eye on the group.
The befouled silks drop in the RoF zones, I have not really found a good fountain for those to flow from yet, but they sell well for the Unexpanded crafted containers, and for those that want to use befouled silk recipes to get their % of known recipes within the 350 skill range. Finding a decent price point for befouled silks will be tough, most are overpriced and I would rather farm my own that pay those rates in bazaar.
Groundspawn collectables (those things that show up on the map as "Glowing Globe") are also good sellers, i realize some are difficult to find, and some are not accessible without doing progression to unlock zones they spawn in. The mob dropped collectables do not take any active searching, but take time to accumulate, and the HA mission collectables do not generally spawn until a specific point in the mechanics of the mission is reached. Prices vary, some with good reason, some are completely out to lunch.
The Raw faycite crystals that drop in any of the SoF zones are easy to farm, and enough of them can be used to finish Jewelcrafter trophy. (before raising JC skill past 316), and may or may not sell well again, pricing issues.
Dream Dust from any of the HoT zones again easy to farm and enough of them can be used to finish Pottery trophy (again before raising pottery skill past trivial).
Many of the various animal hides and silks can be used to finish tailoring trophy.
Plenty of stuff to forage is also in demand (for those seeking to do the % of known recipes to reach 350 skill), and with the ToV release acorns (foraged in Misty Thicket) are now in short supply.
