Coming back to EQ after a short break, I try to get back online.

and here's what happens : i launch MQ2, MQ2 crashes (no message) EQ closes (no message) Macroquest2 exec file is gone.
Tried reinstalling the whole thing, also updates, nothing...

Any clue ?

Obligatory you're not trying to connect to a true box server, right?

That wouldn't explain the disappearing files (most likely antivirus software did that) but true box explains the rest.
