Question - Weapon switching question

Is there a way to make it so my warrior uses 2 hander unless more than 2 mobs are in camp (and not mezzed) or a named is in camp. If those conditions are true I would want to switch to Shield. But for the next pull I would like to switch back to 2 handed. Any help is appreciated.
