Problem - WatchGroup Not Pulling when healer 100% Endurance

I had to jump a few times on my healer to make it's endurance to go down below 100%. That then triggered a good condition and pulls were able to begin again.
 
is it possible the game bugged out and was reporting the wrong end for the healer? Ive had that happen before. At the end of the day we just look at the data the game gives us.

Status on mana was above threshold. I used jump to drop Endurance to 98%ish and then it registered that Endurance was above 1%, yes I set it that low. Also, this has happened multiple times.
 
I've noticed this bug also. When you compare the pullers group window against the healers status window, you'll notice the puller has outdated information. I usually refresh the healers status by having it cast a spell. There's probably other ways to trigger a status refresh. It seems like it's an EQ bug, instead of rgmercs.Lua.
