Question - Watch group outside of my own? (not in a raid)

Did some late night searching and I couldn't find anything that I was looking for.

I'm lvling up a fresh 6-set of toons, and I'm using a 105 cleric outside, I have the outside cleric autocleric on the tank, but is it possible to have the cleric watch the entire group? either by extended target watching, or just identifying that group somehow?

If I am doing that with my clerics I usually just add to xtarget and use MQ2heals and away I go and just recast buffs as I need manually.
