Problem - Wand of Phantasmal Modulation item vs Wand of Phantasmal Modulation spell...Help Plz.

There is a mage spell
Wand of Phantasmal Modulation
which summons a item with the same name
Wand of Phantasmal Modulation
So i don't know how to use this in kissassist,
because it will keep try summons Wand of Phantasmal Modulation when it need use Wand of Phantasmal Modulation.
Anyone can help me out?
