Most people just unplug their network and plug it back in -- or, download a bandwidth limiter. I'm not sure how reliable this one is these days. Lagging out your connection used to open up such wonderous possibilities though. I think SOE has gotten more "aware" on the client/server checks and balances, so you can't ghost through things like you used to.
