waaay off topic question

Hey all,

i'm new to this place, so hello to all greetings etc.!
i have a weird waaaaaay off topic question.
As i live in the netherlands, i can not access many programs on MTV overdrive because those programs are licensed to the US.
Is there a way to make MTV overdrive think that you are located in the US and thus allow you to view these programs anyway?
yes, it is way off topic, and i hope you understand what i mean.

maybe someone can help me out! I will give out free wonka bars for the helpers
