Question - Vulak'Aerr: Let them Go

Are there four golems?
Do you have to dps them or just let them come to center and despawn.
Tell me more about this achievement.

Golems are bugged right now. Its supposed to be fixed in the next patch.

As with other CoV Hero Missions we will have to wait for the patch to see how they turn out after the changes.

You do not have to dps them. They’ll come to the center and wtfsplode/despawn on their own. I was able to get this achieve the other day with my test group (so post this new patch for missions).

Got the achieve several times on test also so as Sylanos said it's definitely fixed now. All you do is let them pop in middle before clicking the stone gem thing.

I’m not sure if it’s intended that way but that’s how it’s been working For me. I just don’t click the stone power up gem thing and the golems eventually get there and go boom. It’s a fairly decent ae though so be prepared to heal.

No idea who bullock is. All you do is wait for the golems to go off ae wise (ary can be dead) and then click the floating stone thing that makes the chest pop. It's how I've gotten it a few times so far. Although the invuln mechanics are frustrating I think I'll just farm the other 3 for currency due to how quick the missions are to do - so I'm not 100% on all the mobs (check zam and did not notice anything called bullock) since i'm sort of avoiding this mission now that achievements are done.

No idea who bullock is. All you do is wait for the golems to go off ae wise (ary can be dead) and then click the floating stone thing that makes the chest pop. It's how I've gotten it a few times so far. gonna guess "bullock" was an auto-correct failure for "Vulak". Either way, that's cool to know that you don't have to keep vulak alive until golems do their thing.

So you are saying Vulak can be dead and the golems will still spawn and march on the crystal?

The golems must spawn with Vulak up and then you can kill him and the golems will not despawn and continue to do their thing??

So thats the only thing I can’t answer. the golems seem to spawn super quick. I run 3 ber and can spank him fast but I never went out and tried to get the achievement on purpose. I’ve gotten it almost every time by accident so I never paid close attention. From what I’ve seen they are up right away anyway that or they must keep spawning because I’ve never tried to kill vulak slow.

I’ve run vulak 4x have the achievement all 4 times and all I was doin was taking the time to log out my main group and add in the alts for the achievement. In the time that took i got the achievement every time.

To answer my own question, burn Vulak to the ground, seems golems spawn at percentage intervals and do not despawn. You just "Let Them GOoo" to the crystal and they explode. Click rock to stop spinning get achievement!~

I slowed played him once and the golems spawned very slow. I burned him and they all spawned fast.
