Request - Viewport Adjusting Plugin

I don't know about you guys, but I'd love to have a plugin that would automatically adjust my viewport to 0 on my minimized clients. Would make it a bit easier on my system (and for anyone else who used it, theirs as well). I've used one before from another compile and it works great for boxing. If someone could code this so it could be included in the compile, it would be greatly appreciated.

Not clip plane. Actually changing the viewport to 1,1,1,1 when you minimize the window and then resetting it when you maximize it.
