I'm getting injection failure and everquest crash while MQ is running, but not when I log in without MQ. Anyone else having this problem?

plz don't post dmp files - they potentially hold identifying information - and crash dmps are sent to the devs (and cwtn and myself) automatically
 
sounds like its just a true up patch so hopefully another quick turn around by the RG crew!!!!! patience pants /on!!
 
Thanks in advance for the hard work y'all are doing for the patches. At least I can play solo for a bit. 😀
 
Hoping for a new test build by the weekend, addiction is strong to finish up some 2.0's.

I was so excited to get on this morning and play WITH MQ again. /sadtrombone
 
Same here....kept checking if Test MQ2 was up and when it came up I was excited to finally get in then found Test server to be locked.......
 
I know this has to be just as frustrating for MQ and RG just as much as it is to the Test players but this is why test server exist. Break it here fix it here first before it goes to live. The life of a test server player. Thanks to everyone in advance for the work they do keeping RG running on test for us.
 
At this point I have no idea what's going on with the actual test server. It takes me over a minute nearly 2 on the character screen after clicking enter to see ANY load screen. Sometimes it just dumps me into the game with no load screen.

No idea if it's on my end or the server end. Just weird.

That seems to be a problem with a lot of people. Hit enter world from character select screen and seems to be a 60 -180 sec hang time before it begins to load. I have not played much over the last 3 days because the 2+ min rollbacks were killing me. I am not sure what or how much of the problems were actually fixed so sadly may see more patches to come ....
 
So far this morning, Test has been stable and no roll backs or server disconnections. (knock on wood) Yes, at the character select screen it takes up to two minutes for a character to get the load screen or they just magically appear in game. However, once that account is in the game, you can switch characters and then they will load in very fast.

Status: 7/22/2022 12:04 PDT - Test server is undergoing a scheduled update. Downtime is estimated to be 1 hour
 
As a Test player who's fairly technically inclined, is there any way for me to help this process along?
