a 1!!!!!! The server hosting all build files and data is corrupted and damaged and all backups were mysteriously erased. It might be a little bit.
 
Is Brainiac the only one capable of compiling RG's MQ? If so, maybe that could be corrected in the future, so when he's not available on patch day the RG users don't wait until the next day.

compiling RG's MQ is fully automated. Anybody with half a brain cell can hit the button that says "compile". Compiling isn't the problem.

Am I the only one capable of updating macroquest on patch day? yes, it appears so. If you think you can do better feel free to jump into the macroquest discord and tell me how to do it.
 
I have to say, it's actually good for me to have these patch days without MQ for a bit, because it helps me remember why I love it so much! I went to the bazaar and I was thinking okay ctrl + click to my favorite hall :f5:.. Immediately realized oh right I can't! Dangit okay, my guys don't follow me, can't see where people are camping on the map. All the things you take forgranted you realize that they are such a great addition to this game, haha! Thanks Sic and CTWN for all the fun! Oh and Braniac, I guess I don't know who all runs everything haha.
 
brainiac did the heavy lifting and pushed the update, but we hit a snag on our end with some plugins and have about ~30 minutes left before we're ready. Apologies for the wait!

I totally get that, lol. I did many personal use games back in the late 80's in MS Basic. I even converted a Drag Race game (text based) from CPM basic to MS basic and modded it for multiple players.

Thanks for all the hard work, gang! Just a head's up, MQ2Mage doesn't seem to want to load and is causing a crash - assuming this is noteworthy and/or important?
 
Braniac, thank you for keeping updates rolling. Patch day is a great day to get things done around the house. Finally installed extra memory I bought a month ago on my EQ machine/server and banished it to the guest bedroom to increase wife faction.

Also, does Sic ever sleep?

minor issue VV when loaded i have two windows the chat window that show's everything being done in real time , and the nice overlay with a list of plugin's / macros that i can toggle on off from that overlay. my issue is when i run CWTN fishing mac it will do its thing cast my pale to get bait and all that but then it closes the inventory window , any open bags , close the map , and closes the VV main overlay for toggeling plugin's . first is there a command that i can use to open / show that overlay agin and second is there a setting to prevent this from happening i think what the fishing mac is doing is basicly hitting the Esc button because all of those windows will close if i hit Esc as well.

/Pluginman to display the Mq2Pluginmanager window.

There isn't really a reason to always have that window displayed, you don't really load and unload plugins that often
