Instructions

  1. Use the Patchme command to bypass the SOE Launcher
  2. Download the Very Vanilla compile zip file at the bottom of this post.
  3. Download the RGUpdater or grab it out of the Very Vanilla compile zip file.
  4. Use the RGUpdater to update your MacroQuest files. Instructions are here.
  5. Run MacroQuest2.exe from that folder
  6. Run EverQuest.exe
  7. In-Game, type "/plugin <plugin name>" to add all plugins you wish to use
  8. Click Here for Plugin Commands/Descriptions.

Just delete that file in your MQ2 folder then redo the update. Its a temp file so it gets overwritten everytime you run MQ2 anyway.

Hey I'm getting the same thing as wildanimus1. I deleted the file and now get the below error:

I will have our dev look into it. Otherwise you can just unzip the compile then copy and paste the dlls into your macroquest2 folder. Thanks for the debug info.

Fixes buttons enabled. Pets not attacking, bazaar buttons etc.
 
Just wanted to post a quick update that I'm still getting that same message that I posted above when I try to use RGUpdate to install this latest version (20130520).
 
Downloaded .net 4 again from your link and ran it. It says it's already installed but I ran a repair anyway. Same result. No worries. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something I was doing wrong on my end.

To do a manual install, I just have to copy the .dll files? Are there any other files that I have to copy over?
 
After unzipping sort the files by type and copy the 77 mq2.....dll files and just drop them in your existing mq2f older and replace the old ones you should be good.
 
With KISSASSIST in the new 20130520 my rogue is not backstabbing. I tried the commands from MQ2MELEE for backstab but I can't get it to go from off to on.

Having an issue with the cskillup mac since update, 1) i've loaded in heals with my evocation / conjuration set for this mac, i don't know if its due to my alteration being maxxed already, but it will not heal me, which is causing issues if i leave this for more than 3-5 minutes, as i die lol, secondly, it won't cast <Horde of Fireants> i double checked the spelling and syntax in the line, and it loads the spell as if to use it when i start the macro up, but then it just skips it in the cycle,

Doesn't it skip around working some skills in order. It may not want to skill-up conjuration atm.
