Question - Using Kissassist on the run..

Kissassist seems to be working great but when I have Issues is on the run. What I mean is, is there a way to just have kissassist on, but give it commands to cast instead of it doing it on its own?

For example..

I am grouped with guildies and we are running around scorched woods, it would be awesome if i could give my shaman a command to stop following me then assist me, slow a mob, then cast epic, then target me by my command if I need
a heal.. then give it a command to invis group then follow me.. maybe I am being super lazy and maybe KA already can do these things. But any insight anyone?

If your not familiar with EQBC read up on that. You can issue a lot of the commands your asking about though HoT buttons and EQBC.

So first you want to start eqbc and have both characters connect.

/bct shamanname //chaseoff shaman stops chasing you
/mqp toggles pausing kissassist or any other macro

And you would just need to make hotkeys that sends the right command for what ever you need , want unpause kiss? send another /mqp

^This. EQBCS make control so much easier with a little setup.

I find /chase to be a little less accurate than /afollow on/off in my experience.

Well, /chase is supposed to engage mobs if you run across any, while I think kissassist running with /afollow on may not.

I don't think the char with AFollow On will be able to unstick from its target unless your turn it off with /afollow off.

It may target a mob and auto stick to it but I could be mistaken that for another plugin.

That's what I mean... every time I've used /afollow getting it to turn off is a pain in the ass (also doesn't help I didn't know the command lol). I could see maybe using a hotkey that "/bcg //mqpause on" ... then targeted the toon you wanted to follow ... then issued a "/bcg //afollow on" command.

When you were ready to engage something, you'd just issue the "/bcg //afollow off" and "/bcg //mqpause off" ... then, as long as your teams aren't set to leash back to wherever you came from, they would pick up right there. You could also issue the /camphere commands, but yea.... it might not be necessary in this instance.

So I think by default it takes over for /follow and will afollow what it's targeted. Then to disable its /afollow off.

When I move my toons I use it because of objects I may run into. Walls, trees, rocks, and so on. If my main toons avoids it with out lev that means others will too. Lev adds more into the mix and sometimes my other toons will be stuck and I have to just back them up / strafe around an object and it takes off again.

Not sure this applies to what OP was asking for but I use it with Kiss on pause as sum1 said.
