Why does this keep spamming the two buffs when my endurance is above set conditions?

Using kissassist1004e15 on a beastlord.

Tried this:
Buffs11=Hiatus
Buffs12=Breather
//Conditions
BuffsCond11=${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Hiatus]} && ${Me.PctEnd} < 23
BuffsCond12=${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Breather]} && !${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Hiatus]} && ${Me.PctEnd} < 19

Tried this:
Buffs11=Hiatus
Buffs12=Breather
//Conditions
BuffsCond11=${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Hiatus]} && ${Me.PctEndurance} < 23
BuffsCond12=${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Breather]} && !${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Hiatus]} && ${Me.PctEndurance} < 19

Any help would be great.

If you echo them do they come back correct? The full Endurance name works for me, the shortened one did not.

Maybe this?
Code:
Buffs11=Hiatus|End|23
Buffs12=Breather|End|19
//Conditions
BuffsCond11=TRUE
BuffsCond12=!${Me.CombatAbilityReady[Hiatus]}

Appears to work. Interesting the conditions written the other way does not.

I also didn't have conditions set to 2 in general section, I think that was part of the error too.
