Question - using cleric legs to group heal

on a TLP server and my cleric just got these. Greaves of Forbidden Rites. which has the effect of word of health a group heal. how do i set this up in my ini?

under heals should be able to
${InvSlot[Legs].Item.Name}|70

Think thats the right line
