Sometimes I use chase assist to move my group from one area to another. when I start Kissassist like normal, I have it set up for the group to be at a camp. So on my tank, I turn camphere off, then type /chaseme. Well It worked for a long time where when I got to where I wanted to be I'd type /bcg //chase off, and they would resume their camp.

Well apparently now, when I type /chaseme-, it edits my INI file on all my toons to change Chaseassist=0 to chaseassist=1. I do not want this, because the next time I hit my macro to start KA, it assumes chase, and I have to turn it off now where I didnt have to before.

What changed?

is there a way to stop writing this to the ini?

/bcg //chase on - they follow you
/bcg //camphere on - they stay put.

All other combinations and "commands" are redundant and should probably just be removed cause they just confuse people.

In fact it should be enough to just do /camphere and /chase but unfortunately that's not how the commands are implemented and it's too late to change that now... it would just cause more confusion.

My problem is when I use /chaseme, it changes the ini file. It didnt do this before last patch.

Changes since 10.1 - 10.1.4

Turbo changed from 80 to 120
Missing bites, gores, rampages, smashes added to Got Hit event

Mash AA fix
Toons not returning to camp fixed

Check ini will not show missing items due to summoned items not being in inventory on startup

The puller now will drag their corpse back to camp from out in the field if they died for a rez if he comes within 80' of it while pulling

Kiss no longer saves settings to mq2moveutils ini file. - From EQmules version

Conditions have been added to AE section.

Kiss will now add a _I to instanced zone names in KissAssist_Info.ini file to indicate the zone is an instance

Cast Section revamped

Pull section revamped

Bard not twisting randomly Fixed

Changed to use the 13th spellgem.
PHP:

It still doesn't. /chaseme is a bind that issues a /bcg //chase on ${Me.CleanName} so all characters in your group execute /chase on. The /chase alias calls the Bind ToggleVariable, and know where in that routine are ini entries modified.
