Tech - Updater error

Heya guys. I just got new RAM installed on my machine the other day. I was able to use MQ and didnt try and update for 2 days now, but just went to update and that is what i get as my error. i couldnt find this in this whole thread. I have tried rebooting several times and deleted the "cookie" file in release as some said, just incase this was an issue. Not sure what else to do at this point. thanks

Might just try uninstalling and resinstalling, it shouldnt change your files you created just the core program
