Problem - Unable to get 3 new charactors into world

Hi Everyone,
I created 3 accounts yesterday under new names at EQ. I was able to play for a few hours. When I logged out for a bit then tried to log back in I was unable to get all 3 toons logged back in. I keep getting two different error messages, one says something about passwords being the same at EQ because of some switch over. The other says account cannot be authenticated. I have tried all day today to get things to work but I am unable to.
I had them in a new profile in MQ2. I have tried deleting the toons out of that profile and creating a new profile but am unable to get things to work. I have tried changing the password at Daybreak but that didn't help either.
I am lost. This is only my second day with MQ2.

P.S. The first profile I created with MQ2 with my original toons works perfectly.

did you go through the launcher with them first? you have to on new accounts these days, and some accounts get forced to do the e-mail / phone number verification.

can you now log them in without mq2 at all? if not, i would check the above things.

if you can log them in with mq2 and not your autologin, then your profiles might be borked.

new accounts usually require you to verify them with your phone number for 2factor authentication, so you might try and log the accounts in on the eq website, turn of mq2 and try through the everquest launcher
