How do you stop your boxes from waiting on other members to finish medding?
I.E. I run a Monk, Warrior and Shaman box with DPS Mercs and when the Warrior goes OOE every toon sits down to med. The warrior is gimpy so it runs OOE quite often when honestly the monk does 90 % of the tanking anyhow so it going OOE isn't a problem but once it drops below 20% END every toon stops and waits for it to med up to 100 again.
There any way to stop this without turning medding off?
