Problem - Turn in causing crash to Desktop and loosing turn in item

Anytime I try to turn something in whether it be a quest turn in or portal item, I crash to desktop and loose the item. Anyone else experience this?

just the first one, dunno what the 2nd one is

i can't find any crash matching that id

It has something to do with the UI's. I loaded default and it stopped crashing

It was a bad Ui file that was causing this.
