Problem - Trying to pay for 1 year sub (1 Viewer)

I follow Redguides path to pay by Paypal for a 1 year subscription, but as I sign into Paypal from the Redguides site, it tells me my last action could not be completed. Is there a problem with the payment process? I have rebooted and tried many times. Thanks
