Question - Trying It Out

Howdy RedGuide folks,

A friend of mine suggested I try out this software (myseq), saying otherwise I'll never be able to get pulls in contested zones. I told him I'd give it a shot, but it's saying I need level 2 in order to download the updated ini files -- can anyone point me in the right direction of how I can do that in order to complete the install? Thanks!
