You are actually *very* lucky right now! With the recent revamp of POK (/boggle) they added several tradeskill components that were previously drop-only to vendors! I checked on a few recipes and found one (of a few actually) that only requires vendor purchased items:
Spine Rend (Poison making trivial 322): http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=7011&menustr=035000000000
Summary:
--'Advanced Poison Vial' bought in POK
--'Celestial Suspension' crafted from vendor bought sub-combines
----Combine 'Celestial Essence' ['Scent of Marr' bought in POK + 'Celestial Solvent' bought in POK] plus 'Ethereal Suspension' bought in POK
--'Crystallized Sulfur' bought in POK
--'Drop of Mercury' crafted from vendor bought sub-combines
---Combine 'Gnomish Spirits' bought in POK plus 'Mercuric Ore' bought in POK
--'Mistletoe' bought in POK
Good luck! I would NOT anticipate these previously dropped tradeskill items staying on the vendors so either get it done now OR stock up!
ps. Just for clarity- at the moment, Crystallized Sulfur, Deepwater Ink, and Nodding Blue Lily are a few of the previously 'drop only' items on the Poison vendor by the small bank in POK. Again, I would NOT expect this to last!
