NEW TEST: /mac tsc beginner tinerking

crutched TSC_POR to handle 4 deep dependent recipes.. and it does lateral too..

what this means if I need a cake -> frosting -> batter -> pan it will do it all..

buuut if the cake also needs egg batter -> clump of dough it will that too.. so it a is a multidimensional combiner!

OR.. A cake has 4 recipes it needs and each recipe has more than one combine.. so it will go one by one and do each chain and then make the cake..

NEED to be able to refine raw dark matter to do this..

Wow, this could take a while. This one has Gnome Tinkering only recipe in it. WTF and some fishing. You have to pretty much be 300 in all areas to do this one. haha

Nice, look at this recipe list, make your had spin, some 4 or so deep. Does that mean we can do the break down of the acrylic ore? :)

Always love how it uses the one forge from outside the building.

Went through the whole thing flawlessly without the dark matter, was looking for the run to turn in the items regardless? Great job on this. Gonna throw dark matter on him and finish it out.

The answer is it won't work :(

It falls into that it is farmed item but it is a conversion recipe also..

so.. back to the drawing board..
 
Just gave him the Grain of Dark Matter he finished all the items, just not going to do the turn in.'

I actually wrote a routine that was working afaik.. and then I got paranoid.. and crippled it..

and now I uncrippled it for testing.

How it worked was:

Looked for item counts in a recipe < 1
Looked to see if was on the vendor list
Looked to see if that item was also the name of another recipe

If yes.. good to go.. keep on truckin..

if no.. well it needs to be farmed, foraged, or fished..

Dunno why I got paranoid to begin with..
 
Could shorten it up and use the recipe that calls for Battery Casing 1 x 5 and Dark Matter x1 (avoid having to break down the dark matter)
(the route were going with breaking down the dark matter yields 5 Grain of Dark Matter and only needs one Mana Battery - Class One) (better if you fail a combine you have 4 pieces left to keep going.)

Make Mana Battery - Class One
Battery Casing 1 (5) Dark matter (1)

Make Dark Matter
Raw Dark Matter (1)

Say what.. 1 raw dark matter = 1 dark matter = 5 grains .. 5 grains = 1 dark matter.. they only originate from raw dark matter????
 
Yes, Raw Dark Matter is the dropped item, only way you can get Dark Matter and the Grains.

Convert Raw Dark Matter to Dark Matter - Then 1 dark matter = 5 grains .. 5 grains = 1 dark (who's on third base)
 
Something happened with the last couple files uploaded, research broke too. :(

Not sure how the fuk these old files keep getting into my tradeskill folder. Just reverted back to the previous files and everything ran good for research. Could of sworn I ran a toon with the same setup earlier on research with no problems and it had the old researchtrophy file in there.

Tinkering got all muffed up. Finished the trophy quest, went and did the turn in , missed 4 fireworks, (Which were in my bags) went back to pok ran it again and he made four more sets of fireworks and ran and went to turn them in. Gave an error about no container in slot 0 .haha

Might be server lag, was trying to hand in and then he was half way to the turn in npc.

Just finished it by hand, after making four more sets of fireworks he wanted to turn in the wrong ones.

For the tinkeringtrophy.ini do you still need RecipeBuyTotal=1 on the dark matter recipes since they are not a purchasable item and the only item in the recipe?

Fix, Test, Fix, Add, Test, Fix

Added: Valid_Skill routine for tradeskill skills.
Added: Recipes can be 4 levels down in the quest recipe to make, they can have a pan need a sprocket, which needs a feather, which needs a vegetable? make sense? :) meaning multiple sub recipes can be made to satisfy most if not all tradeskill quests!

Fixed: IDs in alchemy trophy ini
Fixed: Items will now be checked properly for farm/foraged/fish..

For those walking down memory lane.. 1.0 was just to do GOD quest for brewing.. and it was.. horrid.. and I had just started.. and didn't know what I was doing,, which is like now.. still not knowing what I am doing.
 
Botched the smithing somehow.. squeaked through.. was deconstructing my whole script when I found a 1 should be a 0.. and done..

I redid the bakingtrophy ini file, put things in order , fixing totals and added buytotal
still bugged in 3.3 but i see you reverted back to 3.2 :) (although I don't 3.2 includes some of the files you posted in the forum?)

The errors were on the part of the delivery buy count calculation, asking too make too much for the main recipe and also the sub recipe did not account for that.. so they were both messed up.. but it shoulda worked any other way.. so far..
 
I'm at the point that I have so many different files that they are all breaking each other haha. I just tried to download 3.2 then update with the files in the forum and it is a mess.

haven't completed the answer file for baking yet.. should be done today..
 
Recommend opening your mq2nav tools and check attempt to get unstuck. Found a few of my toons running place a few times until I checked this option.
 
Running smithing, then deleting items, then running smithing again to test.. and then doing the same to the mechanist test. if both work out.. I will upload..

What was going on before, there were situations I had thought about but had not coded in, and they bit me..

but most if not all had to do with what happens if you wipe out stuff you already made and the tradeskill task was already completed.. which makes me feel good..

I was gonna say if you don't put in an entry it will return 0 when doing a check.. so if it doesn't have a sub recipe or it is not storebought.. may not need to put it in there.. but.. once again for completeness.. leaving everything gives the complete picture...

1) Normal Run - made all items that were available - SUCCESS
2) Deleted items after everything was done and restarted - SUCCESS

Mechanist:
1) Normal Run - made all items that were available - SUCCESS

3) Deleted quest after everything was made and restarted - SUCCESS

feeling pretty confident.. although there may be another gotcha situation..
