Problem - Toon is spamming /consider

Check your lems, or events, or conditions or luas for /cHas anyone ever had an issue with their toon continuously spamming /con?
I dont know what could be causing this but about every second he is trying to consider his target even if he doesn't have one.

And are you sure it is consider? If you target something it does the con and reports the con?
The consider message when you don't have a target is "Consider whom?" so it doesn't seem like that is what is happening. I'm having a hard time finding any other / commands or any other method of producing that specific message.
Looks like you are correct. I just did a /usetarget without one and it gives that exact message. Or at least one possible explanation.
If you have a NPC targeted and use the command it does /con them if you are too far way or opens up their right click menu if close enough if it's a vendor/banker, etc. Basically doing a right click on them in most instances.
