Tinkering Skillup to 300?

Ok so my main cleric got banned. I made a new account, this time cleric is a gnome so I can make AAAA's.

Anyone know a good way to skill up Tinkering past 200?

I dont mind spending pp, I just hate farming and bazaar diving. It would be great if something was available via vendor to get to 300 or close. Any ideas? Anyone at all?

mistletoe sickles are the closest to fully vendorable you will find - and there are several macs laying around for them.

I dont know, I havent even started it yet. But I know all gnomes start with it at 50.

They eliminated the level cap on tinkering, alchemy, poisonmaking, and research when they released DoN.

I'm not sure where you are in the skill now (assuming 0 from the posts I saw).

There are no vendor paths to 300 as far as I know.

I've worked the WOK (http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=6304&menustr=080120900000) for a long time. PoI mobs are easy to farm. Crab Crackers parts are also from there and trivial at 288.
