GMs now want both accounts to have set mobile numbers that match when conducting account transfers. Used to only be matching emails.

thats been known for a while now my friend. they changed it a while back you can look on their site and the new requirements @ this url.

So basically, one can only buy accounts that was only created with a krono to ensure total complete ownership of any accounts purchased...

All other accounts with SQ and/or CC set are vulnerable to original owners stealing them back?
