IRL - TIA Time to gold 1 more account and which one?

The group composition consists of a 116 gold Shadow Knight, Cleric, and Shaman.

A level 100 Heroic Bard, now at level 116, has achieved the appropriate Alternate Advancement (AA) capabilities only up to level 100 and nothing more.

Additionally, a Free-to-Play Mage and Monk are currently at level 116. The primary objective is to determine the most efficient method for the best bang for the buck on the next account to gold.

oops I edited it... AI changed it up on me. I have a krono and wish to spend it but not sure which of the 3 accounts offers me the best results

So your choice is mage vs. monk?

Does your monk die often from rampage/aggro? If so, maybe monk, for the defensive AAs? (I'm assuming the mage is generally sitting far from away from your tank to avoid immediate aggro.)

TBH, none of them really die much at all. I'm kind of clueless about the Bard’s class right now—maybe all the added DPS isn’t working well anymore since he hasn’t unlocked the higher-tier AAs for the newer songs.


This group is just something I’m doing to kill time—it’s a side group I won’t be using much. So I’m just going to gold them once for the autogrant. These accounts are tied to my main groups, so from time to time they’ll have leftover gold time I can use to work on them.

Awesome. It was unclear if your list was gold sk and then other free toons or those were also gold.

Outside of needing to krono for aa - I say 100% gold tank, and then your #1dps - so if pick out of your monk or mage which one you want to focus on to be your #1

I’d go mage. Of course it’s fun to as the bard, but I feel with healer and tank gold already, next step is to upgrade your dps.

Reasons for Mage - once Kronoed and autogranted can grind as hard this month then let ‘em drop back to FTP, gear wise etc. mage will do fine

Are you going to keep then gold, or just AA? Keeping gold I would do monk (type 5s/type 7/8s $$), if just smashing AA's, go with the mage (with the focus tab changes, not as big as it was, but need the pet AAs)
