What kind of specs do you have? I commonly run 21-24 accounts now, and have to spread them out between my laptop and my pc. I'm looking for an excuse to get a new pc or laptop, and this is as good as any. What's the biggest bottleneck that starts slowing things down? Seems like RAM is mine on both computers, having 16 on the PC and 12 on the laptop. The laptop is really bad about getting sluggish over time and needs to be rebooted every couple of days.
Anyway, any input is appreciated.

Well heck, I'm not running anything near that many accounts, but I am running 6 and sometimes eq2 at the same time, along with 3 2k monitors (1 x 3440x1440, and 2 x 2560x1440,) and 1 1080p monitor. Vid card is a GTX 1070 and a Ryzen 9 3900x. No doubt this can handle a ton of EQ accounts, but what I'm surprised at is the combined resolution, which exceeds the supposed max.

Ryzen 5 2600, 32gb RAM, GTX760 - I can run 30 accounts BUT it depends on what I am doing. If I running them with my own scripts and stuff (so highly specialised and optimised) then they plod along quite happily in older content. To be honest, running 30 accounts is more like a RTS game, and there's enough overhead for emptying bags, selling up etc for it to take up a lot of time periodically (I normally have a sell up and reboot day), and then it becomes a chore.

24 accounts (4 groups of 6) is my comfortable limit for xp'ing/farming in reasonable content. If I run my main crew for current content I normally cut down to 12-18 depending, because any lag can interfere with heals dps etc.
