Problem - Third Fragment partizens task issue with Cleansing 1 storm

I ran into a problem with the Third Fragment partizens task in Ruined Relic. At the step when you get the aura from the Janitor and have to step inside a storm to cleanse it, I am stuck. My toon has the aura. Tried the storm not far from the janitor but that did not update. Stayed in that storm for 10 minutes with nada. Then I tried the storm not far from the zone entrance from Arcstone. Kllled the 3 mobs in the storm then stood in the storm for about 8 minutes e-sign no update on cleaned 1 storm. Any ideas?

Did all 6 toons in my group on this one - just waited for it to repop
