Problem - The use of MakeLower as preprocessor symbol is unfortunate

The use of MakeLower as preprocessor symbol in MQ2Main.h is unfortunate. It collides with MakeLower in various MS string interfaces. ie CString member function MakeLower().

Rename it to MQ2MakeLower?

I would make it a real function. As the one liner that it is, it will most likely be inlined anyway.
