Just wondering I was looking at the Guide and most of the stuff that is listed in the Index is not even available is there a reason for this ? Or is it possible most of the stuff listed there has been Nerfed.

Those are all still in the guide. Some need to be updated, like the "item-links in game" still points to minimyrist even though there are others now:

Do you have the newest version of Adobe Acrobat? If so, try re-downloading the guide. Sounds like a technical problem.
