Tells and trigger events

- Tell windows will now trigger events and '#chat tell'

I'm not sure I follow this. What is the advantage of this if someone cares to explain?

seems the /chat 1 or /1 windows will no longer issue commands and /t or /tt widowns do issue commands at least that is my experience this fine sunday morning
